As shown in the picture above, this plugin allows you to set access to only certain sections of WooCommerce related functions (eg coupons, dashboard, logout, orders, products, reports, etc.).

When I click Restrict shop manager backend access, it seems that even with the store manager role, I cannot access the WordPress admin page.
